Pretty pleased with the results, conference call addressed my questions on how they are managing the rent control. I'm happy with the increase in NOI YoY and accept tthe FFO/unit decrease yoy should recover along with vacancies and leases of the renovated new acquisitions by summer/fall. By holding the rent they will be able to sign people in the fall at higher rates, better solution than ...more
