No insider buys and no buybacks despite NCIB

management not finding their stock cheap? one of the only names without insider buying for a couple years. pretty shameful. but quality of team matters. i started buying here but dont like lack of insider buying or lack of buyback useage. investors give a cold shoudler to company's that dont do what they say they do... so iip not buying back units at these lows deserves to be punished by mkt imho until proven otherwise. anybody got an idea when they are going to start buying back?

I concur and have stopped adding at these levels until I see some insider or buyback activity. I won a few thousand shares already and down $1.25. I will continue to add / average as I think there is a few dollars upside with lower interst costs over the new few years and strong demand for rentals. Only thing I can think of is that is something material known to insiders that blocks their ability ...more
