Breaking the flat momentum

The stock has been trading flat for some time. It should break up the silence and quickly move soon as the interest is fading.

@Cptjames.... Interest is not fading at all. Institutions have just realized the strength of it. Your statement may be right for day traders or very short term traders. Those who know its potential and have patience of holding this stock for ATLEAST 3.5 months will be rewarded.

At first, I was stunned at the news because of the great run we we're having, but after reviewing all the pros and cons, IMHO, this was the best news possible. After the amazing run this company has had to be able to secure a financing so incredibly high in such a market of skeptics, is almost unheard of. The mindblowing faith they have in this technology is super positive. And some investors ...more

I mean if you had a choice between taking a line of credit when the share price was $3 or diluting shares by 4% at present share price then I think the choice is obvious. Great timing for it.

@Stocker, the volume speaks better.
Comment by 5rockies on Nov 19, 2020 10:06am
@Cptjames.... what you are talking? we are up by 2 cents today
Comment by skelterhelter on Nov 19, 2020 11:02am
According to TD, the deal is already closed so that was fast and probably why volume has been lower as intitutions have been buying into the deal.

Volume is back on track... The price too will be back to highs too soon. For me, too soon is atleast a month's time. We have many catalysts in the pipeline for this stock. 1.Market's respose for Illumin. Tal will definitely have an update on this during Dec. 2.Q4 performance, we might hear some updates from Tal along the way during Dec. 3.Nasdaq, expecting some updates from Tal on homework ...more

And the price is now up by 30 cents.

I agree next year it will take off. Is predicting $10 by years end a stretch? I still think it could happen. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Comment by Stocker1973 on Nov 19, 2020 10:14pm
@Torontojay.... Its still possible. AT is targetting S&P500 companies for Illumin and a few good deals can even take it beyond 10. So far AT is exceeding all expectations and 10 is not a big target to achieve. So many analysts are adding AT to thier reports. Someone posted in another forum that Reuters upgraded this to Positive from Nuetral and CFRA upgraded this to Strong buy just yesterday ...more

all good points... 1. (And this may sound weird) -- TTD is going to get a bunch more attention, in regards to both Stock adn market reaction......good IMO.... we are going to get way more insight into CTV and market trend by reading into what analysts say about it... IMO... Acuity is alot like what APPS (Digital urbine) just went thru........NOBODY paid attention to it.....killed it a few ...more

Look at Digital Turbine 2019 revenue, gross profit and market cap. It is very similar to Acuityads except for the market cap.
Comment by Osubuck30 on Nov 20, 2020 8:20am
Good find! They (APPS) are now a $3.3 Billion market cap.... meanwhile our Gem here is still under $250 million.... using USD because APPS is on Nasdaq and I truly believe at the minimum Acutt will be at $1 billion market cap within a month of an uplisting. This puts price around $20 USD ($26 CAD).
Comment by BeatsBast on Nov 20, 2020 11:53am
Whoa just looked at APPS financials. Very similar to AT indeed. When the US market catches onto AT once it is uplisted + EPS reach .10-.20 $ quarterly... Also now with the correction that occurred at Q3 results and the bought deal, the weak hands are now gone... Who will be selling now??
Comment by Torontojay on Nov 20, 2020 12:44pm
You will also notice that Acuity has been growing revenue at a faster pace than Digital Turbine.
Comment by Jboosted92 on Nov 20, 2020 3:37pm
i feel like i started a storm mentioning APPS...lol....it just seemed comparible from a revenue /growth perspective.....as well as Demand and ARR

I think the Nasdaq listing will follow year end results. Fourth quarter numbers will help boost eps which will look good to  Nasdaq investors. Also, the balance sheet will look great and the true momentum will begin thereafter.

Unless your time line is Friday, the chart is anything but flat....
