TTD/Walmart Partnership

This bears repeating as Sellthedream eluded to it. Here is the link in case you didn't see this:

https://www.cnbc.com/2021/01/28/walmart-partners-with-the-trade-desk-for-ads-business-.html

160 million customers visit its stores or its website every week. Sounds to me like Unified ID 2.0 will thrive with a giant like Walmart in the fold. You either follow or get left behind.

Now imagine, for example, all the companies that supply Walmart, and how they can target you to buy their products.

A perfect example is our new customer Purina. They can convert you through the Illumin customer journey vs. going for Pedigree, Iams, Cesar, etc. I don't have a dog, but I just took a look at all the dog food options on the Walmart website and there is a ton, making Illumin that much more valuable.

Nestle will probably add more of their brands after they see how successful Illumin will be for Purina. Think about all the other CPG companies that sell into Walmart that will follow suit, and this is just one industry, and it is a super competitive one, where gaining an edge is so important.

I think the case for TTD to buy AT is getting stronger. Stay strong longs and have a great weekend! GLTA.

Just to clarify and someone tell me if I'm wrong, Acuity has partnered with Purina animal nutrition owned by land o'lakes I believe. Nestle owns Purina which is a different company after a spin off they did years ago...land o'lakes is a co-op with many different brands that had 14 billion of sales last year..

Its Nestle. Follow these links: Acuity annoucement: https://twitter.com/AcuityAds?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor Click on @Purina On Purina's twitter page, click on their website, Purina.com Scroll to the bottom, and here it is: All Nestl Purina trademarks owned by Socit des Produits Nestl S.A., Vevey, Switzerland or are used with permission

It is indeed. Even though I am long and think it is in shareholders best interest to see Q4/21 at the very least, a takeover is possible this year, be it TTD or someone else. It will all come down to price. Without doing any analysis, I'd be happy with $60 CAD if an offer were to come today.

If investors want a price of $ 60 for a buyout, it's not going to happen if stupid investors are selling at $ 20. Wake up and start acting smart. Don't sell cheap!

This week there were more Sheep than Lions in the market... especially among AT investors.
