I really don't think it means anything. TTD built unified ID to be open source. Basically everyone and their dog will be using it.

You may be correct (and their NR also indicates that it's open source) but why would they then feel the need to mention TTD? Pure spec on my part but perhaps their collaboration goes a bit deeper than we think. GLTA
