Dispositions
These dispositions were not part of purchase/ownership plan. They were plain selling and someone mentioned they need to get paid , well most of them including Tal earned millions in December after selling and I don`t blame them for wanting the money after so many years of excellent work. Listen, I don`t begrudge them at all, I just don`t understand why now with a Nasdaq listing on the way and supposedly great financials. And please, I`m not a pessemist, I have more shares I bet than almost anyone here. I`m just trying to understand the logic of WHY NOW with so much good news on the way. Are we about to get a downgrade, or is someone about to steal us for $10 a share. I would love to have someone explain so I would have to eat my words. And no I`m not drinking but I may have a few later .

Maybe overthinking? Could be so many reasons why they would sell. I mean, if you recall back in October last year, Pollack sold 1/3rd of his shares for just over 3 dollars. When the company was at 150m mkt cap. If he did that now, it would cause panic across the board. They were thinking of nasdaq at that time aswell.

I can't see that in the SEDI records... Are you sure it's October? Maybe you're referring to the 319,170 shares he sold at $6.10 to TD securities in November, that was part of the purchasing agreement according to which the main shareholders had to sell.

Hmmm. Interesting. If I remember correctly, it was an article I saw from simplywall street.

Listen, people buy for only 1 reason but they sell for a number of reasons that are unknown to you. If you're scared by the insider selling then do yourself a favour and sell your shares, I'll take them. It looks as if your confidence is waning.
