Please note:  1st quarter numbers are actual…. A review of 1st quarter last year indicates that virtually all of the increase in this year’s revenue numbers can be attributed to Illumin.   

Management has guided to a “minimum” revenue increase of 50% which, if all is attributed to Illumin as the revenue increase in 1st quarter was, would indicate that Illumin turns in over a 300% increase to $9,778,405.   Please recall management’s comments regarding travel and entertainment just now showing signs of life… and we’re already 50% of the way through the second quarter.

Excellent work!  I also get about 25-30 million in ebitda based on my projections. I believe the company will produce sales of between $130-150 million. I believe by 2023 the company can easily surpass the $200 million mark with estimated ebitda of $40-$50 million. Over the next several years the company should have strong ebitda momentum as most of the top line flows into the bottom

It wont be 10 illumun. In 3q20 is when they started aggressively into some newer types of industry like financial and healthcare. They really have good growth in several areas. I suspect the 50% is on the conservative side...
