I guess you don't always shame management, but when you do you pick management of companies where the share value has increased more than 10 fold in a year to complain about? Is that it? Price of shares one year ago was $1.11. Obviously mgmt have a great deal to answer to. (It has come to my attention some don't recognize sarcasm when it bites them on the behind. Fair warning.)

Huh? Why? Because the share price is down on a day where shares were issued at a price below the previous day's closing price, which is a completely normal practice when raising capital? You can't make a comment like that without something to support your opinion.

  Just remember The Trade Desk sold about 4.66 million shares at US $18 and then the share price went to $30 on day 1. From the managements point of view they could have offered fewer shares at $30 but in the end the big institutions win.  This always happens. You give them a discount and then hopefully it's a win/win in the long run for both parties.

So you realize that ATY is a new ticker, right? You realize that ACUIF closed around $11.50USD yesterday, right? So if you apply the current price of $10.64USD to yesterday's closing price of $11.50 you get a drop of around $1. That seems pretty similar to the drop of $1 we have in Canada. If they are looking to acquire a company that will actually help the business they will need a good chunk down along with earn outs.
