40 days?

When does 40 days end? That is along time with no news!

I believe June 8th was the Ipo and June 10 was the first day it began trading on the Nasdaq. 40 days past June 8th will take us to July 18th and so July 19 should be the first day the company can release any additional information.   I used the wrong date. They began trading on the Nasdaq on June 10th and so 40 days takes us to July 20th which is the last day of the quiet period.
