Excellant quarter

the new CEO is having an impact, obviously.  Best quarter in a couple of years IMHO.

Biggest positive for me is the cash position.  Biggest concern is the gross margin.  I'm not surprised that there isn't a change because of the refocus on managed services.  Still, if like to see self serve have a greater impact here.

Note that cash from ooperations was $7.5 M.  Nice trend.

ILLM stock  UP 10 %  out of the gate in a weak market.

Tal Hayek was the problem. The new CEO is more intelligent than Tal and more open minded. He recognizes that you can't just abandon managed services and go all in on Illumin self serve.

yes, Tal's leadership became the issue.  I've said it several times, but I'll repeat it here.  The person that get's the startup going isn't necesarily the person to grow the business.  It's a matter of skillset - not everyone is a Jeff Bezos. In this case, it was apparent to me two ar three years ago that Tal did not have the marketing acumen for the task ...more

A great CEO can turn a company around much like a new president or prime minister can do for their country.
