Unfortunately, you have inherited some major problems with the inefficient mine operations and the deadwood that remains on the BOD. Unless you get rid of the deadwood within the BOD, the company cannot move forward and you will not regain the confidence of the shareholders…

Luke555 , good advice . not sure if she can remove anyone from the board . she could nominate people that we , the shareholders can vote on and elect , to replace existing members  , at the next general meeting , but unless the big , instututional holders vote for the new people , no change will happen . at the last general meeting , share holder votes produced exactly no change , the
