End-of-Year Message to Shareholders

Hello Shareholders,

This will be my final post for 2024. IAMGOLD had a wonderful year, achieving several milestones. Cote Gold commenced initial production in March 2024 and is poised to become the third-largest mine in Canada. The mine is expected to attain 90% productivity in the fourth quarter and to exceed all performance estimates.

As I look forward to 2025, I’m excited and optimistic. I expect the company to have a banner year, generating significant value for all stakeholders as it achieves 100% production throughput. Hopefully, IAMGOLD will become a 1 million oz. gold producer.

Happy Christmas to you also and a good year 2025! Do agree that the picture for 2025, won't be the same as 2024, much better, especially that they have 70% of Cote mine now, and other gold mines doing well! Hope that hold will stay over $2500 for 2025! GLTA!
