I notice  all my my reits are up and this one is down ??  not bad but droped off last few trading days

If it starts to move and hold over $10 we'll know the strategic review is coming to an end with some good news. The 8.33% yield seems way too high for this reit but the market has it there for a reason. The smart money and institutions don't see any real catalyst for price momentum yet.  As for now it looks like they maybe are not getting any offers they want to take at this point ...more

It's such a small company. I'm not sure there is a big awareness of it. Europe is slowly opening up again. Germany is almost out of lockdown and things will slowly return to normal. I'm not a huge investor, share price appreciation would be nice but I'm also content to just sit and drip monthly. As long as the payout is covered I'm happy.
