$0.307/unit supplimental distribution in July.
If I purchase some units today would they quolify for this payout?

The press release does not state an ex-dividend date for the special distribution. It does state that it will be paid with the regular June distribution which suggests that it has the same ex-dividend date of June 29. You could call IR for clarification.

That is correct. All paid on the same date. July 15th. Ex divy date June 29th.

RBC has it in the activity log. It is dated July 16. Probably similar for other brokers.

scotia always pays a day or 2 after the 15 of each month ;; I look at the scotia analyst rating of sell for INO > strikes me odd but I dont pay that much attention

From the strategic review news release (June 7th): "The REIT expects additional properties, including Jeuneurs, to be included in the Asset Recycling Plan, in which case not less than half of after-tax realized cash would be distributed."

If they can grow dividend along with sp that would be ideal. Otherwise I don't mine them staying flat and adding to the high yield

the one down side is a lot of the dsitributions unlike others is not 100% ROC so a lot of the ino dist is taxable
