$0.307/unit supplimental distribution in July.

If I purchase some units today would they quolify for this payout?

The press release does not state an ex-dividend date for the special distribution. It does state that it will be paid with the regular June distribution which suggests that it has the same ex-dividend date of June 29. You could call IR for clarification.

That is correct. All paid on the same date. July 15th. Ex divy date June 29th.

RBC has it in the activity log.  It is dated July 16.   Probably similar for other brokers.

Wasn't aware of a second special distribution. Only mentioned this one so far unless you can find info otherwise.

From the strategic review news release (June 7th): "The REIT expects additional properties, including Jeuneurs, to be included in the Asset Recycling Plan, in which case not less than half of after-tax realized cash would be distributed."

The yield is the key to this reit. One of the higher yielding reits on the tsx at 8.4%. Get's very little respect or notice from the market and management know that. They have to keep working to get institutions to pay attention. So far Institutional investors with the deep pockets are not impressed with what they have to offer with their properties.  Not sure what else they can do to ...more

If they can grow dividend along with sp that would be ideal. Otherwise I don't mine them staying flat and adding to the high yield

the one down side is a lot of the dsitributions unlike others is not 100% ROC so a lot of the ino dist is taxable
