Huge dump today

Any known catalyst for the 3%+ drop today?  Other than general skittishness in Europe from the Ukraine thing ?

Well, they just declared the distribution as usual for the next 3 months.  Must have been that...

Someone knew about earnings before release. They are definitely not great. Hopefully mgmt can turn things around and get the payout ratio down by end of year or the dividend may be in jeopardy

Last time the results were not great neither, It is not very suprising to see, but the payout ratio is very high. I was thinking of buying the dip but I guess I should wait a little bit more.

If they can't get the payout ratio down, a 195% payout ratio implies a steep distribution cut.   This would seem to me to be a very risky REIT to hold.  What am I missing?

seems like it although they never gave a hint of dist reduction just they were working on getting the affo down

The Increasing possibility of a European recession due to the Russia-Ukraine conflict is going to be a headwind for management to achieve their 95% payout target. I would be a buyer in the mid $7's on a possible dip. If I don't get it, that's fine too.

they said the objective was to reduce payout ratio  to 95% by oct 2022;;;one of the almost constant illegal happenings in the markets is the leaking of financial informations;;;you see it all the time
