Very disappointed

195% payout ratio is terrible.  I bought at 9.40, looks like I'm taking a loss on this.

On the surface the payout ratio is terrible. Can't put lipstick on a pig. They do however have cash to deploy to buy more assets and try to turn things around. The yield has been high for a long time for a good reason. It is a riskier reit to hold. It seems they might have to cut the divy at some pointin 2022 and start to get realistic about their future revenues and prospects. If they do ...more

COVID and the russia /ukraine war are  mostly responsible  lots of nervous investors dont want any europeon holdings either  the 195% affo will come down fairly quickly

The price is holding up very well.  You probably haven't lost much.  The situation may not be as dire as it looks.

I sold it all today - got out at my buy in price from about a year ago.  So broke even + a year of dividends.  No complaints. With the poor results and very high payout ratio I expect the share price to drop in the coming months. Will look for a better re-entry point then.
