The payments have been declared for June, July, and August.   The next quarterly report may say what they intend to do after that.

I think time is running against managemnt here.  It started about a year ago with the special distribution.  The stock price never recovered from that because this Reit is paying dividends with profits from properties they have been selling.  Those profits should have been reinvested to create future growth.  Without robust growth they can not possibly afford the dividend as it ...more

They literally added a property in Paris and their first in Spain just this April...
