ending in the green

I really needed today to end in the green and above that $5.00 threshold. And it did close a whole 2% higher.

It was a great psychological hurdle to get over seeing it keep falling like that. I hope next week ends positive as well. this REIT is oversold - dividends are paying off an annualized rate of over 8% at close with great possibilities of capital gains for those who want to get in. Even with the dividend cut, I'm still getting over a 5% dividend yield.

Indeed .. plus NAV per share is easily $8 or some reports (like CFRA) say $10 per share ! Historically they traded at around 80% of NAV so if NAV is $8 it should be at least $6.40 .. and if you use $9/share as NAV from their latest 2Q 2022 financials it out to be over $7 and if you use $10 it ought to be $8, which is 60% above the current depressed price of around $5.   ==> ...more

What "should be" and "what is" is always the dilemma facing many equities. With patience the two eventually converge. The macro environment for Europe right now is quite negative and likely to get harder this winter which could weight on overall markets and INO.UN moreso. I did "toe in" last week when it dipped below $5 but I will not chase it up for more. If it ...more
