Don't you think they own enough and bought enough?? Lol ... no one selling, now that they can flip that high end Paris building that is just Another asset that will skyrocket , meanwhile thank god they tanked the stock cuz there is no way a healthy future company  should pay  such a hi dividend . But   people were buying that stock at 11$, nothing has changed fundamentally, but

Money doesn't grow on trees, but at the same time this is trading at a very nice discount to NAV. On top of that, the REIT now has a nice growth potential on top as you had claimed. I don't remember the last time I have seen a stock this oversold.

Totally agree, very hard not to keep buying ... reminds me of Enerflex a few months ago that I never understood how and why people were selling, could not get an answer... it's been green since then... I trusted my guts, sometimes market doesn't make sense but then let's hope that with that crazy  dividend and that ridiculous share price management buyback and cancel shares
