And delivered on a good market day where, for the first time all year, inflation appears to be easing and that the FED may finally look to pause next year.

What I was saying all along. this is one of the most undervalued plays in Canada RIGHT NOW even after the 10% rise in share price. This is going back to over $4.00 easy short-term. Longer-term 4.50-5.50. The underlying risks were way overblown. Therefore, I'm back in. I decided to diversify my holdings, however, and picked up some other cheap REITs (IIP and KMP) as well as some BNS along the ...more
