NCIB

As I have posted previously the NCIB purchaser likes buying at low prices and they were very active October 18th.  If they were desperate for cash flow they would have canned the NCIB - Tells me no distribution cut on the horizon.  Since they already cut the distribution in half - hopefully that is enough to get them to ride through any mortgage rate hikes.  The average joe is getting killed on mortgage interest rate increases or they are getting amortized into infinity.  The reits will survive with higher amortizations and then when rates come down they can get back to "normal".
