Bankruptcy?

This is getting very likely. Only way to get out of this mess IMO.

SIGGI?? seems like a stupid statement how would they be going BK when the operation is as good as ever making money and very stable

This was an ironic statement of course. The REITS are trading like they were all near bankruptcy. it could be a one in a life time opportunity to enter these plays for the long term.

You don't go bankrupt because your stock is selling off lol.

Highly improbable, almost all of their debt is on recourse and property specific. I'm not saying this is the case, but half their properties could have 0 values, and the balance sheet could have negative equity on paper and the units would still have value.  the majority of their properties are highly occupied and in good shape

chance of bankruptcy is really low and the financial situation has only improved quarter after quarter.

Yet another idiotic statement by SIGG1 who clearly has no idea how to do their own DD of a company prior to buying their shares. BTW: SIGG1, you fogot to cross post this in every other REIT's Bullboard.
