Terrible results

Stick a fork in it. 
I'll be selling this week, will take my loss and move on. 
I was wrong on this one but who knew it would get this bad. Flamingold is not always right looks like.

I really don't see the reason for all the hate on these results, the bad news should have been baked in from q3, the always set it would take most of these year. Only real bad news  was a slight reduction 23% of 13% in lease at trio; but offset with a 5 year extension. The default on trio I think they are just biding there time as interest rates come down. It's no recourse to that ...more

I don't know where you get the idea that I've stated I'm never wrong. No one is perfect. I'm in this stock like many others here and if that day comes that I have to sell at a loss I will own it completely and not finger point. The viability here and the office reit industy is coming down to how much longer it's going to take to bring rates back down. Central banks keep ...more

NAV or book value per share is based on their (honest?) appraisals in their financials or on some rosy assumption of valuation of some semi-vacant office building in Duisburg or Paris ?
