SHARE UNIT PLAN A DISGRACE
Can someone please point me in the right direction where i can see the hurdles that will allow the PSUs and RSUs to vest that will dilute other shareholders to the tune of up to 6.4%? I will voting against this. 10m shares is a complete disagrace and just shows the disregard for current shareholders. No doubt the performance metrics have been set bottom of the cycle. No wonder Milke Nicholson is farting around on Pareto TV trying to pump the stock after he scalps existing shareholders who have been with the company through bad times. absolutely disgusting
