to bad they didn't do a rights offering, as a long term shareholder it would been nice.  Hoping this doesn't trade down  they have .50 profit locked in.  Not very happy.

I hear you Dave, the issue I brought up was as shareholders they should have offered us, the existing shareholders,  the opportunity to buy the discounted shares.  Many of us have been here through good and bad.    You can build a company with barrels, but without shareholder support you won’t get there as fast.   Don’t expect a loyal shareholder base, if you offer all the
