Extra Possible ?

I    wonder   if    will  see   a penny  or   two   extra  added  to   the final  dividend   of the year  ?   For   example   an   extra   of    .02     would   bring us   up   to    an    even    .20    for    the   year    ie   12 times .015  is   .18  +   .02  =   .20     .   A  little   Christmas   bonus     at   year   end.

Why spent more to sell it for lower prices especially since OPEC+ didn't cut and they may see a need to take a shot at NA production by letting prices fall if they continue to see increased production from NA. Just my opinion.
