thanks for the alert. One has to wonder to what extend are these Board parasites 
being guided by legal advice assumedly coming from Fasken Martineau... members
of the  impeccable Toronto legal fraternity 
... and who pays for it ultimately? 
Hopefully the requested EGM takes place soon and before the treasury is being
further ripped off.

Agreed.  Thankfully I'm not invested but was taking a strong DD interest when this happened. And the Company has released a PR on the matter. Gro
