All Should Read The Information Circular

It is obvious to me that the blame should be placed on Benavides. The company could not access Peruvian corporate records resulting in the halt of the stock. Therefore the blame is on Benavides. Hodges was trying to implement good corporate guidelines. Benavides resisted. They talked about leak of information to the public. Well we know that Otto was the receiver. This should be further investigated and criminal charges should be applied.

Tell Hodges to stop trying to claim $850,000 in payment. Benavides is trying to prevent this. I'm going to prevent this. That's my money, not yours.

You are a joke. Read the info circular. The head office has no control over the finances. Benavides is acting alone and not allowing access to the Peruvian books. Why is that? The halt of the stock is at the fault of Benavides. What don't you understand?

I don't understand why I should pay Hodges $850,000 in payment. What don't you understand? The info circular is a bunch of lies. Tell Hodges to pick up a couple million of shares in IRL and I'll believe what he and his cronies are saying.

Show me where in the financials that IRL owes $850,000. Note 17 doesn't say.
Comment by YoungRich on Oct 23, 2015 9:03pm
Exactly. They are a bunch of liars. I no longer have any trust in the current board.
Comment by battleready on Oct 23, 2015 9:05pm
YoungRich, where did you get your information?
Comment by YoungRich on Oct 23, 2015 9:11pm
From the person you dislike, Otto. I've yet to see Otto disseminating lies. I trust Otto. The current board is trying to give Hodges $850,000 if we don't kick them before December. If you like, you can phone IRL to confirm this.

So all your info is from Otto. Everyone else is a liar. LOL
Comment by battleready on Oct 23, 2015 9:15pm
I bet Benavides intention is hosing the company for more than the $850,000.

Its amazing how you can say. You must be one of these closed minded fellows that believe creationism and will not hear the other side's view.
Comment by YoungRich on Oct 23, 2015 9:17pm
I'm saying I'm not paying Hodges $850,000.  The other side's view gives Hoges $850,000. No way am I going to listen to that view.

You have been misinformed by Otto.

Lay your evidence plain and we shall judge that.

"Lay your evidence plain and we shall judge that." Who are you asking?
