Unbiased advice..
- Gringos: esp small cap, don't develop mines south of Mexico, too risky, esp without high level political connections (think Barrick et al)
- LatAms - if you take the Gringos money, you have to play by the rules, or the money will stop coming
- Equity holders: the NPV of this company is -ve, it belongs to the debt holders, the debt/money to develop the mine is coming from Peru, let them have it, move on, its tough to find an investor who hasn't lost money in mining over the past 2 years, sell, take the tax loss carryforward and move on
- Everybody: this mine is a mid-grade, bulk tonnage, underground mine, let team B have it, pay team B to take it ($1, with mutual indemnifications), it"s probably not worth the money the lawyers are getting paid to fight over it
