IVN - Zinjin Question?

Is the Zinjin ownership still only 10% from the PP @ $1.36?  Not sure what the current structure actually is, can anyone here please update this?

IVN - what's this work out to price per share factoring in some dilution along the way - $50 bucks target maybe higher! The Kamoa-Kakula copper project is a joint venture between Ivanhoe Mines (39.6%), Zijin Mining Group (39.6%), Crystal River Global Limited (0.8%) and the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (20%). Remember that's only for K&K. Western Forelands is all IVN.  And there's still Platreef (which looks to be a coming spinoff of some sort) and Kapushi.
