RF must need this money otherwise why would he do this. That's alot of money so he must have some big plans. We all should find out soon enough whats in store for us shareholders. I think he caught 99% of the shareholders off gaurd.That's a lot of shares traded today but like the saying goes. There is always a seller and always a buyer. Time will tell who made the right move.

Most of the 4 million shares traded at the end of the day were Morgan Stanley and not by many brokerage firms.
