$10T to rebuild grid to support EV transformation

Now that's going to take alot of copper, nickel, cobalt, aluminun - the enourmous task will be trusted upon the miners to produce clean metals.  Anticipated plug in's go from 1m to 50m EV's should crash the grid if not upgraded to modern technology, apparently the existing 105yr old grid is "a little old lady lying in bed dying"

and to switch to aluminum is a joke. Heats up very easily and any connection always heats up and causes problems.. Not long ago they started to allow alum wiring in your home and then there were so many fires created and faulty connections that it is now banned. It's copper or nothing but problems. 4 months from now we will be shipping concentrate to someones smelter and the cashflow will ...more
