Gargantua SQUEEZE
According to IIROC there are currently 14,263,000 shares total short. Out of this number there has been an increase of 7,793,000 short shares in the past 2 to 3 weeks. Most of these shares were probably sold around $7.50 to $7 range. Yesterday was a good opportunity for some short sellers to cover their position. Regardless, seems the price has bottomed here at $6.60ish level. Based on the positive news coming out for copper demand I see the trend upward going forward.
Together with short covering and any positive news from Ivanhoe could result in a Gargantua Squeeze.

Laughable. 14m shorts on 1.2B shares is next to nothing. A squeeze is not happening.

those are the declared short positions, its the daily st trading short players that are making up 30%-40% of the daily volume that is the issue here.

It became the issue for them when they covered last and will be again too as we get closer to positive cash flow.

shreiking and protesting like Hublot is what you do when you are worried. Obviously 14 million short shares can be squeezed.

Panic sold the bottom because he was all in and could not take it over exposed. no conviction, then lashes out on the board to feel better seen it so many times , good inicator

Checkout the volatility in some of the big names such as FCX from the last copper bull market. We're in early innings here. Lots of major swings in the SP ahead.

Your profile was created in January 2021 and the only stock you have posted about is IVN and only as negative posts.....i think we all know why you are here...shake the tree ... grab shares from weak hands...cover short positions....etc etc....
