IVN = 1.2 billion shares NCU = 1.8 billion shares but will be consolidated in May sometime.

So if NCU consolidates at 50:1 then they will have about: 36 million shares and will be about a be about $9.00 per share. I think 15:1 or 20:1 is more likely but just have to wait and see what happens in May I guess. N
