It's amazing how dumb so many countries in the world are. How many times have you seen countries in South America and Africa nationalize their resource sector to then watch the whole thing fall apart and then 10-20 years later see a new government reopen the industry and beg for foreign investment to restart the mess that's been created.  A lot of countries are destined to live in ...more

100%  Venezuela is a perfect example of a heavy socialist leadership that drove their country into the sewer by basically nationalizing everything.  That country has riches beyond belief yet they ruined everything. So tragic yet so predictable.
