and over 5.5 billion lbs of zinc at kipushi. what are they waiting for?zinc price is $1.25/lb and ivanhoes total cash cost is $0.48/lb

They need to get their flagship project sailing 1st. We should be hearing more about the mines very soon.

Great ace in the hole was following zinc 5 years ago was my most bullish metal for a sortage going forward almost no zinc mines coming on line , did anything in the last 5 years?

The IRR for Kapushi although respectable, is the lowest of the 3. K&K has the highest and is a monster. Platreef has the next highest IRR.  That is what holds Kapushi back.  Who knows what will happen when they have more of Western Forelands drilled out.  I guess it's possible that also may have a higher IRR than Kapushi and if that's the case the focus may be WF ...more
