I don't think that's needed. If that happened it could pose a market liquidity problem.  look at our average daily volumes. These shares are held tight already. You will find that shares sold short have been a good portion of the volume when they're initially sold short and again when they're bought back.  Look at the major holders and institutions. The chance of that is between 0 and 0.  Companies expanding rapidly don't buy back stock.  It makes no sense. The amount of cash required for their immense expansion plans is huge and they don't yet have cash flow. Share buybacks are for companies that are maturing with lots of cash flow and less aggressive growth.

Considering the 3 Tier one assets we own and our stage in development, I do not consider our float very high.
