I had my friend who is much more conservative than I, buy 5,000 IVN shares and now I feel bad for mentioning it. What's up?

Overvalued. Only 40% of assets. Big political risk. Pick anything. Fair value is 6$~.

LOL ..hope you are joking ... at a price of copper about 4.50$/pound INV will make a billion USD per year ...and there ar 2 other world-class projects in their hands + Western Foreland ... ..the biggest risk i see is cannibalize its own price because Ivanhoe will produce 800000 tonne sof copper at phase 5 ..thats a lot ... at 9 CAD its a buy , but no strong buy ...more

The only way traders and algos stay in the game is selling into strength and look to rebuy lower. The Real insight is how fast they come back CMMC 3/4 days CUU 2 days , Copper bull gets bought real fast , IVN 1 ,2 ,3 , 4 days for the insight

I gave him two realistic options for copper... IVN and CMMC. There was no way that he or his wife would feel comfortable investing all in on NCU... Very cautious people who generally do not even own individual equites.... so yes I assume they are happy with the expected but moderate gains. Cheers, Notgnu (NCU)

That's great to hear there happy with their 234% moderate return for the 1 yr or 836% if they've been in it for 5. LOL Pretty mediocre, but hey, it's still managed to net over a cool Million for sum of us. LOL.

Alvarez, I laughed at that too. " moderate gains". For some of us that have held for years, it's been nothing short of explosive. Even short term players that have been here for a few months have done great. Nothing wrong with gambling a small portion of your assets with .20 spec issues, but you can't park huge positions there. It's just a different ...more
