agreed.  its takes a while for insitiutions to figure stuff out and re evaluate risk.  Its even worse for retail.  I remember in the early days, IVN would publish eye popping drill results from drilling out the second target Kukula and it was clear they had a monster and the stock was trading a 2-3 bucks and barely respond at all.  brokerage firms where too busy chirrping about
