Don't expect a great premium.  I do not trust Zijin one bit after they slashed EMX Royalty's percentage from 0.5% to 9.125%.  Of course there will be arbitration over this matter.  Do not expect fair rule of law in the DRC in the end.

for any buyout to occur, Robert Friedland must agree.  He has no need for money.  He wants to be known as the founder and builder of the greatest copper mining company in the world.

I concur Topadviser1. Some of these IVN investors unfamiliar with how Rio Tinto worked it's way into the Mongolian OT copper/gold project, which Mr. Friedland ultimately gave up a 'controling' interest in, would not know that Mr. Friedland intends to see this through; obviously along with his China based investors and Ivanhoe Mines Limited co-owners. Excuse my typo.  The royalty was slashed to 0.125% from 0.5%.
