$30 dollars and my 120 to 150 ft yacht and the carrying costs for 3 to 5 years becomes doable LOL.

You should really consider an 80 ft Bering. You might get lost on a 150 ft vessel.  Why not just enjoy the ambiance and manuouverablity  of a smaller vessel ..plus save on docking fees? ...stretch your time out to 7 or 10 years.   How many people you taking with you that you would need a 150 feet?  For myself..i'm thinking more practical. I did and am also looking at expedition yachts, and have actaully considered it, but iof course they are not as luxurious, having said that, I did and do like a 141 ft Marcato. There is a video of the captain doing a walkthrough on youtube. Now that one, I would buy. A bit more than KAJAK (about 10 million) but a yacht that can travel the world for sure. COME ON IVN. LOL.

She's a gorgeous  vessel . And yes reasonablly priced.  The  layout and materials are exceptional. Old world richness meets new world tech. That  would be a good choice .
