Capital Gains Inclusion rate

I hope the Liberals do not raise the Capital Gains Inclusion to 100% from the current 50%.   If Liberals do,  they will not govern this country every again.  The USA has a gradual rate.  Canada is taxed to death and wastes a lot of taxpayers $$$$.

Whether they increase the taxes on capital gains or not, it will have little effect on the long term future of the Liberal party.  Socialism always leads to the same result, high taxes, high spending and high debts.  Eventually people turn on their left leaders when the damage is high and the pain becomes too much......until they vote for it again.   Canada is a socialist ...more

They already taxed me once on the money I worked hard for.   They also tax me on the money they left me and I invested. Becuase they doin't know how to make money other than printing it.  Its very upsetting.   But okay  I'll be using a line of credit and not cashing in my capital gains. Just grow debt along side it
