Is this correct? "the planned Phase 4 expansion is expected to be completed by the end of 2024."

No, that's impossible. I saw that and its an error. They mean they will have a decision to move forward on phase 4 by year end. Phase 3 is just ramping up and they haven't made the call on 4 yet and it takes over 12-16 months to build out

Read the beginning of the sentence: "An updated life-of-mine integrated development plan for the Kamoa-Kakula Copper Complex,..." The plan will be ready by the end of the year, including all the listed components. No error, just read carefully.

You are correct, what will be completed by the end of the year is an updated plan, the quote reads correctly, it was obviously misinterpreted by the first poster, grammar is important, cheers
