Entry point?

Under $2 was a good entry point. I really don't care about the day to day for my buy and hold long position. Neither does Robert Friedland.

I recall RF buying a few million in the open market sub $3 near the bottom of the Covid sell-off in 2020. A potential buy signal if he gets active again. Look what he said on the recent call: So in mining, you have to take a five year or 10 year view. And we think we’re going to grow this to a $50 billion or $100 billion value enterprise over the next five years as we continue our leading ...more

What Mr. Friedland could be suggesting would be that a massive amount of "capital investments" over the next five years would be undertaken by and on behalf of Ivanhoe Mines Limited in "growing" the projected value of the entirety of what would become the Ivanhoe Mines Limited enterprise. On it's face, what Mr. Friedland suggested can be construed to mean the market cap of ...more
