You are mistaken.  The difficulties and challenges I see are coming sometime in the next couple years.  Extreme weather is already causing widespread damaging floods around the world as humanity finds their flood controls are inadequate or located in watersheds that will experience lower precipitation or drought. While drought, like flooding, also reduces agricultural production, it
