Awfully Quiet

I believe there is something cooking ..................awfully quiet from the top guns. RF will spill the beans soon enough. IVN is making a lot of money @ $4.65 copper. Lowest C1 costs out there with the highest grade out there ............................yup, somethings cooking.

Interesting times. The article in Mining.com about Zijin was very interesting. Since Zijin CEO stated he regretted not being able to buy Ivanhoe way back when, maybe they have an eye on the WF discoveries as another opportunity? Imagine if they put their hand up with a good offer?

Although there are tons of catalysts here, I think the biggest push behind the stock is the settling of copper at higher prices.  IVN is an absolute cashflow machine at 4.50 + Cu, mix in the rapid expansion of milling capacity at K&K and you get a equity valuation adjustment.

" the biggest push behind the stock is the settling of copper at higher prices."   I wonder if shareholders can appreciate the likely increase in copper prices when mine disruption passes 10%?  Climate change will certainly cause economic damage, while at the same time copper prices will likely rise spectacularly as the global supply is reduced.

remember the good old days before climate change when there was no hurricanes, typhoons, rain, droughts, floods, forest fires, snowmageddon. God, I long for the days when we were covered in ice.

It's not like these MAGA minions aren't told the truth.  They just ignore it.. "Helene, a Category 4 hurricane, brought unprecedented rainfall, storm surges and coastal flooding to vulnerable regions along the Atlantic coast. "in recorded history" are the key words. the econutters cherry pick the years that are CONvenient to them.     NPR reporting 15" of rain, while referrencing hurricane Florence dropping 30" back in 2018. In fact a lot of news outlets are reporting 15" in the Ashville area.     So the bs is record highs.

Typical MAGA nonsense! You post many accusations yet hardly ever provide a source of that information.  Which is “CONvenient” as you misstate or post misleading information on a regular basis.   When you do post the source, it can be fact-checked and thus expose your dishonesty.  You claim that "NPR reporting 15" of rain, …. ".A surrunder (sic) to a bunch of goat herders"   Arranged, scheduled, and agreed to by the Trump Administration with the Taliban, but without participation by our ally, the sitting Afghan government in Kabul.   What could possibly go wrong?

factcheck.org "The Trump administration in February 2020 negotiated a withdrawal agreement with the Taliban that excluded the Afghan government, freed 5,000 imprisoned Taliban soldiers and set a date certain of May 1, 2021, for the final withdrawal." If you're looking for someone to blame it's probably safe to say lots of people can take credit.

I thought this was a discussion board about Ivanhoe.  There are plenty of other places on-line to discuss politics.  As for Ivanhoe it has been one of my top performers over the past several years. RF is playing chess while the others play checkers.  Truly impressive set of achievements with plenty more to come.   Best, JM.

Valid point except for the fact the mines are in an unstable part of Africa....have Chinese part owners.....America is looking at copper more strategically.....politics could jump up at any time and bite us to some degree.
