Is it too late to invest in IVN

Trying to narrow down my decision between West Gold Resources and Ivanhoe. As a young investor I'm trying to rap my head around both company's and where they may be five years from now as an investment. In five years I can easily see WGX at  $10 per share. Especially with their latest Karora merger. That is around a 234% share increase.  In this same scenario it would put IVN at about $67 per share...
Where do you see IVN in five years?

I'm expecting a share price of at least $40 in next five years for IVN. But I posted a quick back of envelope calculation last week that showed it could easily go to $75 in that time frame. They also have a lot of very prospective land packages, so a new discovery or 2 would really blow the lid off things. I see a very good risk/reward profile for IVN that fits my type of investing strategy.

It is if we are in a hyper bubble.   Maybe don't concentrate on share price as much as share count. The world is in a crazy place and you want to own as much as you can of quality business's that will be there when financial markets collapse.   IVN got what the world needs.

If I extended the upper rail channel that dates back 8 years by another 5 years, what would be the outcome? In November, projecting five years ahead, the upper rail would be $64, equating to a 225% increase, or 45% per year, which is very achievable (imo)

Now the bad news concerning that pattern, if it persists, could be a 12-year rising wedge, which suggests a 75% drop in four years. From around $50 to $15, It seems I've spotted the next recession, set to occur four years from now. LUL

"If I extended the upper rail channel that dates back 8 years by another 5 years," It amazes me that anyone would assume that long-term chart patterns remain the same in a vastly different economic and financial world market environment.  Do you also happen to have a weather report for the next five years?  No?  Oh, that’s right.  You don’t think the weather makes ...more
