Liquidation event

Selling all the assets. Cannot find a buyer for the whole package.
AFFO has reached 0.03 now. Interest expense is too high.
I thought this was going to rebound but now I think that this is going to bankruptcy.
As soon as AFFO turns negative or even zero, there is no hope. AFFO negative means the company is unable to continue. 0.03 per share or 1.9 million is way too shallow cushion, explains the share price.
I honestly think that the company is overvalued now. Didn't see this coming. I am glad that I sold with a loss. Dodged a bullet.

This  is  very  unlikely   to  happen  as  in   the   very  worst  scenario  all  convertible   bonds principal and interest   at  maturity   can  be   paid   with   shares   at   the option   of   the company& ...more

The assets remaining are the best assets. Millions will be saved in interest by the asset sales todate . Remaining options including the chosen path could include possible accretive mergers or even being acquired .

Theycould be  caught between  a  rock and  a hard place if  their  bank  is  unreasonable  forcing them  to opt  for  receivership  particularly  if  they  do  not  want  to  issue  shares  for unsecured  debt principal and interest  ?

Would  be  a dumb  move   to  go  into  receivership  as   high  receiver fees  and   high  employee termination  costs that  rank ahead of  creditors.
