I really like this news

Clearly Tiptree was not seriously interested in IVQ. As such, having such a big chunk of shares controlled by the CFO who knows the financial more than anyone is better thereby significantly aligning his interest with shareholders. Tiptree clearly wanted to exit to create huge tax loss room.
