1st Quarter results

Looks interesting enough, sold some more property in February and March. I like the one in March. 55 million for 3 properties. If that's how you validate the company then with the 58 properties left over, 1.06 billion at the high end. I don't know the specifics of each property, but I'm sure Adlai does, and if he's investing in the company, then it's likely it's headed in the right direction. Took a look at Adlai's bio, he has a successful track record in this industry. Sure he got a sweet deal from Tiptree, but if you know the daily volume on inv. It's in the thousands of shares traded. Tiptree dumping 17 million shares because they want out, would have the stock trading at .01 for no reason other than they wanted out. Investing companies do that from time to time to accept the loss against profits in other areas. It's better than paying taxes. Speaking of taxes, good thing they are American
properties and they do not pay the added capital gains tax in Canada.
It was also interesting to see a positive cash flow, albeit only 600k , it will be interesting to see number get larger.

Adlai  been involved  with  IVQ   from  early   on  and  you say  he  has a sucessful  track  record  ?  58  properties  left  need  to fetch   9 million  each  just  to  meet  debt  outstanding   ---seems   doubtful

Huh??? You divided 55M by 3 and then multiplied by 58 to get 1.06B????? Hahahahaha, it does not work like that. Wow, you should never invest if you are going to value something that way. At this point, debenture is a safer option at 50% of the face value. Though still expensive, it should be trading at around 20 to 30%. If company goes bankrupt then debenture will be paid first. So, I'd buy it ...more
